Plot summary: The film depicts the various stages of the Hajj pilgrimage, from the initial preparations by the pilgrims of every age and, nation, their arrival by ships or planes in Saudi Arabia, the actual Hajj rituals, to their final return.
Comment: Apart from the film's special position in Iranian history of cinema and its focus on Kaaba, Moghaddam's film presents a special view of the Hajj rites and enjoys a unique position in the world film history and offers unique images of the Muslim people's annual pilgrim.
